Counseling
Tonya provides counseling services through Hope Recovery and is supervised by Kristen Price. The mission of Hope Recovery is to provide support, education, and consultation for survivors and those supporting survivors of abuse and sexual trauma.
Abuse and sexual trauma can bring many emotions and take time to recover from.
Symptoms such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depersonalization are just a few of the changes that can occur when abuse occurs. Hope Recovery specializes in helping move through symptoms through several approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
Tonya is trained to help survivors process trauma through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing also known as EMDR.
Teletherapy or In Office
We understand that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. That's why we offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect with our licensed therapist from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient.
